How to play
In Atari Centipede, your bugblaster shoots automatically. Your task is to move it horizontally or vertically for accurate aim at the oncoming bugs. The centipede moves down in a zigzag motion; shoot it to break it into pieces. Remember, each body part turns into a mushroom upon shooting. Aim for the head - its destruction ends the centipede's life.
Tips and Tricks
Create a strategic playing field by aiming at the centipede's body parts to create more mushrooms which can slow down or alter their path. However, balance this technique with clearing out mushrooms that might block your movement and aim. Always stay focused on targeting the head piece.
