In this version of the game, it's not about players and teams, it's about you. As yourself, or rather your control, you need to interact with the ball to get it across the court. You can feel how the ball moves with just a little input by controlling the bounce. It's just you against the court and the physics of it all to get the best shots and prove yourself a top score… but there's still a long way to go to master the game.

Basketball is a team sport but it does allow opportunities for each of the player to showcase their skills. This game is about you showing off your skills as a scorer and that's all you need to focus on. There aren't other players trying to steal the ball or obstacles trying to stop you from getting to the ball. It's just the bounciness and the amount of contact that you put on the ball that changes how it moves around the court. It's about finding a rhythm and getting the ball consistently to where you want it to be.
How to Play
Basketball Kings 2024 is a 2D basketball game about trying to score points using only the mouse. To interact with the ball, move the cursor over to it and click the Left Mouse Button. This will cause the ball to bounce upward from where you clicked it. Depending on where you click, the ball may also bounce at various angles. The goal is to score as many points as possible before the time runs out.
From the main menu, you can choose what your ball looks like and where the baskets are located. Both require you to score enough points to unlock more options. When you start to play, the ball will bounce down in the middle of the court with the basket appearing on either the left or the right. Once you make your first basket, the timer bar at the top of the screen will start emptying but will refill with every basket. The basket can also appear at different elevations requiring you to bounce the ball in different ways. When the timer runs out, the game will end and your score will be tallied.
Tips and Tricks
The best you can do is try to keep the ball under control. Randomly clicking will just cause the ball to bounce wildly around with no guarantee of baskets being made. The more momentum the ball has, the higher it will bounce so keep that in mind when the baskets start appearing at extreme elevations.
