There are literal hours of football games when neither team ever comes close to scoring a goal. As a result, it tends to come down to penalty shots either during the game or at the very end of it. This can be a very tense moment for the players assigned to kick the ball and the goalie who has to block it. If defenders are involved, they also run the risk of getting blasted with the ball. However, there must be a winner and you need to take the shot.

About Football Storm Strike

Plenty of football games are versus affairs where it's two teams or sometimes two players going head to head. This is a game where it's all about the shooter against the defenders and the goalie and you're playing the shooter. This puts a lot of pressure on you since it's just your foot against a full-bodied squad, but there's hope. Only you know how you're going to kick the ball and therefore you need to figure out how you're going to trick the goalie. It's all about the angle and the amount of power you put behind each fateful shot.

How to Play

Football Storm Strike is a 3D football game about trying to score penalty shots using only the mouse. To kick the ball, hold the Left Mouse Button and then swipe the cursor vertically along the ball. Depending on the angle and speed of your swipe, you can control the angle and power of your shot. The goal is to score as many goals using the number of opportunities that you have available.

Once you begin, you'll spawn in front of the ball with a wall of defenders in front of you and the goal and goalie behind them. The angle at which the ball is positioned can change as well as the number of defenders you have to get around. The defenders can move, but the goalie will always be positioned in the center of the goal and will move or dive to block your shots. The game will end once a certain number of shots are taken or once the time runs out.

Tips and Tricks

Having a power shot isn't always the best play as an accurate and strategized shot can still get into the goal whether it's moving slowly or fast. Don't feel limited to the space that the defenders aren't blocking and try to practice chip shots. If you can do that, you have a good chance of catching the goalie off guard consistently.
