Some secrets and valuable objects are scattered around the village that you'll need before you leave… That is if the villagers and the elderly granny will even let you.

About Granny Horror Village

First-person horror games can go all over the different genres but tend to focus on slow-paced exploration. This game is that with the whole point simply being about survival, exploration, and speed. From the moment you start, you feel the need to start running away, but you can't otherwise you'll draw too much attention. Memorization is key so that you can discover new places while learning how to stay hidden. Whenever you hear something or see a slight movement, you'll find yourself dreading moving in even the slightest but if you stay still, it's only a matter of time before you're found.

How to Play

Granny Horror Village is a 3D first-person horror game about trying to escape a dark village using the mouse and keyboard.

Controls

Cursor - Look
W/Up Arrow - Move Forward
S/Down Arrow - Move Backward
A/Left Arrow - Move Left
D/Right Arrow - Move Right
Spacebar - Jump
Shift - Run

The goal is to find certain objects in the different levels without getting caught. You have no way to defend yourself, all you can do is run and hide. If any of the hostile enemies land a solid hit on you, it's game over and you need to retry the level.

Each level will spawn you in a certain area in the village. You'll receive an objective of a certain item you need to find or a task you need to accomplish. You can do this by getting in range and then automatically interacting with the objects. You'll need to look both outside and inside the various buildings. There will be dangerous villagers wandering around as well as a dangerous granny exploring the inside of the buildings and elsewhere.

Tips and Tricks

The key to success is to memorize as much as you can. The areas can blend together in the dark, but you need to remember your steps so that you can eliminate places you've already been. This will also help you plot out escape routes if need be.
