Car chases are one of the more exciting things that can happen in an action movie and there's always a chance that the police are involved. As a result, some police cars are designed for both speed and durability so that they can maintain a pursuit. With one of several fancy cars painted in police colors, you're going to have to tear up the road to catch speedsters while avoiding collateral damage.
About Police Traffic
Police cars may not be the nicest looking cars but what matters is how they perform and sometimes they can be pretty difficult to outrun. This game lets you try out different kinds of cars as police vehicles just so that you can see how fast the law can go. Of course, you are operating within the law which means that you have to look out for the other citizens on the road. This means you can't just focus on your target, you need to consider the other cars as well as your car. All it takes is one bump to take you out.
How to Play
Police Traffic is a 3D driving game about driving police cars down a busy road using only the keyboard.
Controls
- W/Up Arrow - Accelerate
- S/Down Arrow - Brake/Slow
- A/Left Arrow - Turn Left
- D/Right Arrow - Turn Right
- Spacebar â Handbrake
The goal of each drive is to go as fast as possible while weaving through traffic to get the highest score. In most of the game modes, all it takes is one solid hit into another car to end the run.
When the drive starts, your car will start accelerating slowly and never fully stop. You can help it accelerate faster and keep gaining speed as you drive. Turns and any light bumps into other cars will slow you down. Once you reach high speed, you'll start earning points as you travel further. You can earn additional points by pulling off combos. This is done by weaving very close to other cars and overtaking them without touching them.
After a run ends, you'll earn cash based on your performance. The cash can be used on the main menu to upgrade your current car or to buy a whole new car. You can also spend cash on extras like Nitro and Acceleration.
Tips and Tricks
The road may seem wide but as more cars start to appear, it will start to feel very narrow. Your biggest threats are large vehicles like trucks and buses which not only move slowly but are difficult to overtake the more crowded the streets get. It's better to slow down and plan a route than maintain speed and risk crashing.

- Time Attack - Drive as fast as you can to beat the clock.
