Racing Empire
If you want to break into the realm of street/racing, there are certain channels that you can go through but Racing Empire makes it look much easier. This is a city that runs on the idea of people buying luxury cars and then racing them around elaborate courses. It's never made clear who is responsible for making all of these tracks or how they're maintained, but that's not your concern. Your concern is getting your car around the track and finishing first so that you can drive to the top of this empire. If you look cool while doing it, that's just a bonus.
About Racing Empire
When you think about building an empire, you think about your base or city and how you can expand it through territory or economic growth. This game doesn't want you to worry about any of that, it's just about being the fastest. Of course, there's skill and investment involved in becoming the best racer and learning all of the tracks as well as how the other drivers behave. You'll start making a name for yourself the more effort you put in and you'll test yourself to take more and more risks as the races become riskier. Pedal to the metal.

The goal is to become the best racer by placing first in all the tracks. You can race as you want and you'll earn money the more that you race and the better that you do. You can participate in any of the courses and work toward growing your garage. The races will always be there for you to enter whenever you feel like taking them on.
When you load in, you'll be prompted to go to the car dealership with a starting amount of money. That's where you can buy your first car and as you earn money from races, you can come back to buy new cars. The garage is right next to it where you can upgrade your purchased cars. Once you've got your car, you can get in and drive around the lobby area freely as much as you want. The main area is where you can access the available racing tracks that can be as grounded as city tracks to as extravagant as being in outer space. Drive into the light to pick the race track and then you'll be taken to the start of the track where you'll be taking on other racers who chose the same track. The better your finishing position, the more you'll earn.
Tips and Tricks
As with other racing games, the key to winning is your driving. The kind of car you have helps, but you'll want to stay away from other racers and nail those turns. It'll benefit you to practice the different tracks to get a better feel for their design.
