You are a secret agent, a hitman, or some guy with a grudge who has easy access to rooftops. With this knowledge, you put on your best suit and grab your dual pistols to go for an action-filled run. You're doing this because the rooftops are filled with a bunch of bad guys who want to shoot you but you're going to be the one to shoot them first with the help of action movie powers.

An endless runner presents itself in numerous ways and sometimes, it breaks itself down into levels so you're not always running. This game is an endless runner that wants you to enjoy the action moments in the level and then come down after you reach the end. It's very relaxed considering that most of the movement is done for you and you just need to focus on the best time to take your shot. When you've gotten that down, the rooftops will be yours to run across freely hopefully without having to worry about being shot.
How to Play
Shot Trigger is a 2D endless runner broken into levels where you're running and shooting using just the mouse. The action guy will do all the running, jumping, and aiming himself, so you just need to fire at the right time by pressing the Left Mouse Button. The goal of each level is to reach the end after shooting all the targets. The end is indicated by a pay phone and you'll be rewarded money for your efforts.
Before you start running, you can choose what pistols to take with you. They have no practical function and will simply change what your projectiles look like. Once you start, the action guy will start running from left to right. As they approach obstacles or gaps, they will jump into the air and aim using laser sights. While jumping through the air, he'll be moving in slow motion while nearby targets will start pulling out guns. You need to shoot at them when your sights line up to take them out. You only have since shots while jumping and will only reload once you land. If you take too long, the targets will shoot at you and you'll need to restart.
Tips and Tricks
There's not much to keep in mind while playing this game other than to prepare for upcoming shooting segments. You can see enemies and jumps coming ahead of time so just be ready to fire as you never know where your aiming will begin. As long as you hit the target, they'll be eliminated.
