In State IO, you take control of a territory with the aim to expand your domain. How to play
The game is played using just the mouse. To move units between territories, simply click and drag with the left mouse button. Your goal is to gain control over all available territories. Be cautious of territories with different colors—they will fight back! The game ends when you've conquered all territories or have been eliminated.
